Keep it Clean

This is so true!  The easiest way to ensure you eat healthy foods is to buy healthy foods.  This seems so obvious, yet it is incredibly easy to slip up.  I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to the grocery story hungry and sabotaged myself by buying fatty foods high in sugar.  Instead, load up smart snacks, fruits, and vegetables (and don’t go to the grocery store on an empty stomach!) to ensure you fuel yourself with nutritious foods.
